KYC Policies
The process we put in place to verify the user account consists of two elements of verification; identity verification and proof of address.
The current requirements are as follows:
1) a photo or a color copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a Passport or ID Card (both sides);
2) a photo or a color copy of a recent utility bill clearly showing the user’s full name and current residential address, which has been issued within the last three months, e.g. an electricity bill, telephone bill, etc.
